We are currently looking for an experienced individual to manage, motivate and drive the Delivery Team to successfully place permanent & contract IT professionals within the Investment Bank & Financial Markets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the Delivery team of 8+ staff to drive profit in line with business revenue objectives
Maintaining communication links to ensure internal processes are followed, support is offered & issues resolved quickly
Managing the Delivery Team to source, select & match to clients requirements to meet KPI’s
Measure individual’s performance by setting challenging, achievable monthly and quarterly objectives set in line with Managing Director
Set and monitor recruitment activity targets and ratios monthly for all team members, to present to Managing Director
Performance Management of team
Manage the Delivery Team, recruiting, inducting, training and developing in line with InterQuest Group interview and selection process
Ensure all service levels are achieved
Highlight business opportunities to relevant Recruitment Consultants, support growth and promote communication
Conduct regular team meetings/presentation as directed by agreed agenda to ensure clear communication to delivery team
Attend weekly/monthly financial reviews with Managing Director to discuss billing and highlight impacts of non performance on financials
Contribute to the writing and delivery of appropriate training workshops
Knowledge/Skills:
IT recruitment background
People management, under performance management, training and development
Proven achievement of financial and productivity targets both personally and managing a team
Production of management information to a management level standard
Presenting at senior management level
