Mark Braund, comments: “I’m really looking forward to joining the InterQuest family; I’ve been living and working in Florida for the past seven months so I’m excited to face the challenge and get back into the heart of the competitive UK recruitment industry.”
Gary Ashworth, executive chairman of InterQuest Group PLC, says: “We are thrilled to have Mark as part of the InterQuest team. His years of experience and expertise within the recruitment industry will be an asset to the group.”
Braund, concludes: “If I was to give a new recruiter one piece of advice it would be to become an expert at getting to know your customer, regardless of whether you consider your customer to be the employer or candidate, this has stuck with me throughout my 25-years in the industry and will continue to do so throughout my time at InterQuest.”
After founding Barker Personnel Services in 1987, Mark and his wife sold the company to Impellam in 2000. He currently splits his time between Hampshire and Florida where he indulges in his eclectic taste in music from Led Zeppelin to Andrea Bocelli to Eminem.
